Description

Coal Dispatch & Evacuation is the final operational stage in the mining cycle, ensuring accurate loading, precise weighment, complete documentation, and timely transportation of coal to end users such as power plants and industries. This stage directly impacts billing accuracy, contractual compliance, and revenue realization.

1. Wagon / Truck Loading

Safe and systematic loading of coal into railway wagons or trucks using pay loaders, conveyors, or mechanized systems. Proper load distribution, avoidance of overloading, and compliance with railway and transport norms are strictly maintained to prevent penalties and operational delays.

2. Accurate Weighment & Reconciliation

Electronic weighbridge measurement ensures precise gross, tare, and net weight calculation. Regular calibration, weight slip generation, and reconciliation with railway or client records eliminate discrepancies and safeguard financial transparency.

3. Documentation & Final Evacuation

Preparation of dispatch challans, royalty documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and railway receipts ensures statutory compliance. Continuous coordination with transporters and consignees guarantees smooth evacuation, reduced demurrage, and uninterrupted supply chain movement.
